When the smart thermostats still new to the market and ‘smart home’ was still a niche buzzword, the Sensi was the budget- and user- friendly answer to competitor’s expensive and (at the time) not easy to install models. Paired with its complimentary HVAC monitoring system the ComfortGuard, it was meant to bring home monitoring to all. Everything was needed for this project to come to market – packaging and inserts, sell sheets, print pieces, promotional pieces.
While working with a Fortune 500 company, I assisted and produced print pieces, marketing materials, revised app flows, investigated app user experience and conducting product interviews. Along with the senior designer, I also designed the icon set that is still used in production today.
